ACTA is dead

ACTA died an ignominious death at 478 to 39 in the European Union parliament. Appropriate to the occasion the celebration went to Twitter.

This is the month from June 7, 2010 to the 5th of July. Most of the month there are something close to 5,000 Twitter messages a day mentioning ACTA. On the 24th, the day it was defeated in the European Union parliament, messages mentioning ACTA spiked to 98,200. And this is their song of celebration.
